My Ultimate Target Is To Represent My Country, Says Nigerian Youngster Who Joined Dubai’s FC Dhaid

Babalola, 18, told Alternativeafrica.com that he was so excited when he signed the two-year deal with Al Dhaid Football Cultural Club on a permanent deal. Founded in 1980, FC Dhaid is a United Arab Emirates professional football club. It is based in Dhaid, on the outskirts of the Emirate of Sharjah.
Alternativeafrica.com reports that Babalola’s deal was facilitated by PAO organisation, a football player’s agency based in Cairo, Egypt.”Being a firsthand experience, it has been marvelous and awesome training within my comfort zone in Nigeria. Coming to FC Dhaid has been a different kettle of fish entirely down the east in Dubai, but I am grateful for the opportunity bestowed on me by the PAO family as a football business entity,” Babalola said.
Speaking on his expectations in his new home, Babalola said: The Lord who has taken me this far will surely elevate me to the greater heights in this career because my ultimate aim is to be up there in Europe doing my business with the most recognized football outfits so that I can announce my arrival to the world and invariably being called upon to represent my fatherland, Nigeria in the nearest future. This is the ultimate prize a player has to pay for being a footballer.
Babalola signed a two year contract with the Dubai club after intriguing and impressive trials which impressed top officials of the club.
He will be wearing Number 10 jersey of FC Dhaid.
