The major problem is nobody wants to use any third party for the renewal or issueing of passport, because it,s costing us spending more money almost times two of the normal money, so no one is happy spending much money, were one will spend up 300pounds just for one passport through third party, the major reason is the payments section online, it,s hell difficult to make payment online, please the high commission should do their possible means to make the payments easy for us all, thereby we can do away with third party that charges us more money, i was able to apply for my family online, but i was stoke when to make payments, buy uploading your credit/debit card and your identity up to 400 kb, this is were the major problem is to 95% of people applying online, we do use our credit/debit cards to buy things online and it goes easily, why is nigerian embassey online payments so difficult, and you people are telling us to avoid third party, PLEASE, PLEASE , NIGERIA EMBASSEY HELP US!!!!!! Thank you.
