Ogun 2019: Abundant Renewal Party adopts OGUN West Son, Omoniyi, guber candidate
London, September 16, 2018 (AltAfrica)-A data analyst, Adewale Omoniyi from Ilaro-Yewa in Ogun West Senatorial District of Ogun State, Nigeria was on Sunday adopted as gubernatorial candidate of Abundant Renewal Party of Nigeria, ANRP.
Adewale emerged the candidate through electoral college system adopted by the party and witnessed by the officials of Independent Nigeria Electoral Commission, INEC on Saturday.
The Chairman of the party electoral college, Mrs Kehinde Adeola announced the adoption of Adewale Omoniyi as the party candidate in the coming general elections in the state with presentation of certificate.

Adewale, in his remarks promised to run an open government backed up by data base.
According to him, development of rural areas through opening up of roads leading to various local governments and villages and provision of infrastructures will be a priority
“Also, our youths will be given key post, engaged and developed skillfully. So also the farmers will be supported with necessary equipment that will make them comfortable. Agriculture will be given priority.
“Education like agriculture will get Lion share in the budget along with health. Our health facilities across the state will get adequate attention. Our hospitals and maternity will get facelift and get equipped with health personnel and drugs.
“Our hospitals will no more be a mere consultancy centre but, a curing centre”he said.
Omoniyi also promised that ANRP will give serious attention to education of of youths. “Our schools will become a conducive environment for reading. Subvention to our tertiary education will be prompt and our technical school will be given a special priority”.
