World Cup 2018: England knocks out Colombia on penalties to reach the quarterfinals

London, July 3, 2018, (AltAfrica) – Eric Dier’s penalty kick deflected off Colombia goalkeeper David Ospina’s fingertips before rolling into the left corner of the net to help England advance to the quarterfinals of the World Cup for the first time since 2006. The Three Lions will play Sweden, 1-0 winners over Switzerland in Tuesday’s other round of 16 match, on Saturday in Samara.
