Controversial Nigerian rapper, Eedris Abdulkareem bombs Obasanjo over letter to Buhari
London, June 8, 2018 (AltAfrika)-Popular Nigerian rapper, Eedris Abdulkareem, popularly known as “Jagajaga Master”has dropped a new song titled Letter To Obasanjo, where he called out the former President, saying he is the biggest the ‘problem of Nigeria’.
In the song produced by Mr Lekki, Eedris accused Obasanjo of corruption and killing the people of Odi.
Singing in the popular piggin he said “Obasanjo write Buhari letter say make Buhari no go for second term, Obasanjo you self wan go for third term, na Atiku Abubakar stop you. If no be say Nigerian youth dey sleep, who be you to tell us wetin we go do”
Obasanjo and Eedris first had their face-off in 2004 when the rapper released a song titled Nigeria Jaga Jaga.
Eedris has however vowed to release Nigeria Jaga Jaga (Part 2) in the coming weeks.
In the song, the controversial rapper ‘Obasanjo served as a military president and also a civilian president. He had the opportunity to correct the wrongs. He was selfish and wanted third term by all means. His administration recorded too many killings and assassinations. He’s very selfish and wanted to rule Nigeria forever.
The song went down memory lane saying the act of letter writing by Obasanjo began in 1979 with the then civilian president, Shehu Shagari “Na so so letter wey you just dey write. You write letter to embarrass Shagari, you write letter to your friend Babangida, remember you write letter to Abacha, you write 18 pages to Jonathan, 20 pages to Buhari just because dem no listen to your demand, you write letter to your vice president, you no let am become the president . You say make we vote for Jonathan, after, you say Jonathan no be messiah , na you say make we vote for Buhari, all of a sudden you come dey write stupid letter ”
