TradeMark East Africa (TMEA) is an organisation funded by a range of development agencies to promote regional trade and economic integration in East Africa.  TMEA works closely with The East African Community (EAC) institutions, national governments, the private sector and civil society organisations.

TMEA wishes to engage a reputable firms/consortia that will be able to develop and implement an end-to-end software development plan that will incorporate various mini plans to be used at different stages of the assignment i.e. deliver phase(s)/lot(s) of the Automated East Africa Tea Auction as stipulated in the tender document. Terms of reference for this assignment and the Request for Proposals (RFP) document can be obtained at https://www.trademarkea.com/get-involved/procurement/. All queries quoting the above Tender Title and Number should be emailed to procurement@trademarkea.com. The closing date for applications is 10.00 a.m. (Kenya Time) on Friday, 2nd February 2018. Only successful applicants will be contacted.

Interested and qualified firms/consortia must register and apply online ONLY on the TMEA procurement portal: https://procurement.trademarkea.com. All attachments must be 10MBs or less.

TMEA cannot answer any query relating to this tender 7 days or less prior to the submission deadline.
