London, Nov. 23, 2017 (AltAfrika)-The Nigerian anti graft agency, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, says there’s no iota of truth in the allegation that officials of the Commission shared 222 properties seized from pension fund thieves.
Chairman of the Senate Ad Hoc Committee investigating the controversial reinstatement of Abdulrasheed Miana, Senator Emmanuel Paulker, had alleged that officials of the Commission shared 222 properties which Maina’s Panel seized from pension fund thieves.
Refuting the allegation. EFCC’s spokesman, Wilson Uwujaren said in a statement that such a sweeping allegation was disturbing more so as no attempt was made to verify the information from the Commission.
